Monday Morning Music: “Ghosts That We Knew” by Mumford and Sons

Anyone else excited about this album? I’ve had it for just over a month, and it’s been on constant repeat as I drive to work, to the store, back home, and all over again.

I found out about Mumford and Sons a couple of years back at the suggestion of a friend, and immediately fell in love with their debut album, “Sigh No More.” I was worried, truth be told, that they couldn’t keep up with the brilliance of the first, and if I’m completely honest, I expected a sophomore slump. Well, they not only matched the beauty of the first, but they exceeded it.

How?

With songs like this…

For a fantastic live version….
